| The Agent shall be entitled to receive a remuneration calculated as a percentage of the Net Revenue generated from transactions concluded with clients introduced by the Agent during the term of this Agreement. Such remuneration shall become due and payable within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the relevant reporting month, provided that the Principal has received full payment from the respective client. The Agent shall have no right to claim remuneration in respect of transactions cancelled or refunded. All payments shall be made in United States dollars by bank transfer to the account designated by the Agent. The parties agree that the remuneration constitutes full and final compensation for the services rendered under this Agreement. | Агент имеет право на получение вознаграждения, рассчитываемого в виде процента от чистого дохода, полученного по сделкам, заключенным с клиентами, привлеченными Агентом в течение срока действия настоящего Договора. Такое вознаграждение подлежит выплате в течение тридцати календарных дней после окончания соответствующего отчетного месяца при условии получения Принципалом полной оплаты от клиента. Агент не вправе требовать вознаграждение по сделкам, которые были отменены или по которым произведен возврат средств.
